Nature's Larder

A morning spent foraging in Craiglockhart woods guided by our friend Anna canning.  She is such a fountain of knowledge and we enjoyed her input, finishing the morning with some drinks, tinctures and pesto.  The pesto was made od nettles-a wonder food, goose grass, ground elder and sunflower seeds.
The rest of the day has been quiet.  The sun just cant make it through at the moment.
