Sierra de las Nieves

It didn’t rain today and what a transformation.! I left my other half tucked up in bed with his nasty cold and headed out for a long hike. The Sierra de las Nieves (mountain of snows) are visible from the hills around our village some 70 km north of the Costa del Sol. There is a hiking trail, the GR243, which skirts these unspoilt mountains. I think we’ll have our packs on again soon!
