ANZAC Day Walk

Today is ANZAC Day (Australia and New Zealand Army Corps), which is a Holiday.  Wanaka had a short dawn service at 7.am, but I didn't go this year, as the road to get to the meeting spot is closed.  However the 13 walkers enjoyed the Autumn walk today, down the Clutha River.  One of our members cooked a batch of ANZAC biscuits, which we all enjoyed with our lunch.

The extra photos are:  (1)  The view from our lunch spot.  (2)  The walkers  (3)  Just fishin"  (4)  Bridge over the Cardrona River.  All in all another fabulous day in the stunning Autumn surroundings.

Time to put my feet up.
