Hanging Rock

PLAY the Music

No it isn't really the "Hanging Rock" of movie stardom, buuuut on this particular day it seemed to share some of the same mystic qualities. This outcrop of Blue Mountains sandstone overlooks the Leura Forest, to be found on the floor of the eastern Jamison. All across the extensive valley great wafts of mist were billowing about, at times totally obscuring the ridges and wild ravines beyond. Simply HAD to take a picture or two.
