Reunion lunch

Met up with some very old friends today – we have known each other for over forty years- in Stirling.

Four out of the six of us had been in   Voluntary  Service Overseas- Nigeria, Malawi,  Pakistan and India. ( VSO).

We dined in the Gallery restaurant, run by Forth Valley College, as part of their catering/hotel management course.

The food as usual was excellent.
We had a three-course Michelin style meal for the princely sum of £12 each. For starters I had pigeon breast followed by vegetarian wellington and affogsto, (Ice ream with a chocolate sauce and liquor). ( See extra).

What’s not to like?
