If you ever toured my garden, you'd find that I am crazy about Japanese Maple trees. I have planted more than a dozen in my garden. So, when I saw this seedling for sale for only $5 at the Washington Park Arboretum, I just had to have it. My dad chipped in the 5 bucks.
