Dressed in Black

A good weather day brought locals and tourist's out to the downtown lake area. His eyes were on me before I glanced his way so I tapped a few shots and waited for his expression to change... it didn't.
His gaze moved away without changing his expression. I knew I had a good shot.
I returned 1/2 hour later for a redox but he had moved on.
