Exceedingly beautiful.....

....yet exceedingly annoying. I spent several hours mowing the lawn today - mostly to stop these little blighters from spreading. I know I am fighting a loosing battle as the field next to my garden is full of them.
But I do find mowing the lawn to be a very rewarding pastime. After I had finished I sat in the early evening sunshine and admired my handiwork. I contemplated having a cheeky glass of wine whilst I sat there but thought it was a little too early,
