After year’s of playoff disasters we have managed to skip those and get automatic promotion - what a result!

2 matches to go and City can’t be caught. We are only 3 points off top so there is even a chance we could catch Forest Green Rovers.

So no divided loyalties for me next season as Newport are ending mid table so will stay in Div 2.

Will have to see if local rivalries with Plymouth will be reignited. They are currently in play off places in League 1 so there is a chance they will make the Championship.

So a good footie season all round. League win and promotion for Cully Rangers U15s and now Exeter promoted too with a 2nd or 1st place finish.
