Wide Wednesday - Broken/Rundown

This abandoned house is definitely in the rundown category! Such a shame to see it lying empty and vandalised when it could be a home for a family.

We passed it this morning when Minty and I met up with pal Christina and her pooch, Pip, for a walk along part of the John Muir Way, followed by coffee and the driest, hardest slab of iced banana and walnut loaf in the café at Edenmill. Apart from the iced bit which made it palatable - just! - we both left most of it, which is a first for me!

And hooray, there was some lovely warmth in the sun today!
