The rhubarb is was going to seed until I removed the flower stalks. I like rhubarb but don't eat it very often because I don't have puddings, so it's not surprising that it's trying to flower. I've got a bagful in the freezer... perhaps I could eat crumble instead of cake? Ah I've just found these rhubarb recipes!

After my lunch had gone down a bit, not that it was huge - a two egg omelette with leftover veg, a bit of salad, two mini wraps and an apple  - I completed Week 1 of Couch to 5k and did my usual stretches.
