Celebration Cake!

I'm not usually one for uploading food photos but today is an exception!

This amazing cake was made by our library shelver, as it's her birthday today. Tradition dictates that birthdays are celebrated with goodies at work, and she does bakes "exceedingly good cakes". (Quote from Mr Kipling)

And she's certainly excelled with this one, not only does it look good it also tastes yummy!

As you can see, by the end of tea breaks this afternoon, half of it had been demolished and she only arrived at work at lunchtime with it!
