Happy Birthday

...Kath and Gemma.

A relaxing day at sea so not much to report but had fun celebrating Claire's mum and sisters birthday....easy when it's the same day.

I started my day with a 50km ride on the bike in the gym, the rest of the day was putting a lot more calories in than I had burnt off.
