Digging Up The Past

These two recently uncovered German WWII bunkers are just outside our apartment block, I knew they were there, I've just never seen them before. Then this bloke looked like he'd just stepped out of the eighties (that's even a pink newspaper he's clutching), a bloke in a suit is as rare in Denmark, as bowler hats were in London back then.

I've often seen news clips from outside prisons in the US when they're executing people and the celebrations that follow. How the UK has been perceived here this week has put me in mind of those scenes. I have to say, I'm a little embarrassed.
