Old window

What a shame when a lovely original window ends up above an empty, boarded up shop! I hope whoever takes over can make it an integral part of the shop front.

Pilates this morning. I am enjoying it but it really highlights my weak spots. Let's see what the coming weeks bring.

Mittz had her 3 monthly checkup at the vets this afternoon. She has put on weight which pleased the vet. I am waiting for her blood test results to be phoned through. If Ok, then no further visits for 3 months.
