A week and a day

My windowsill dahlias are definitely coming from their last blip appearance.  They have clearly not been too dispirited by the drop in temperature and the grey skies we have had this week. And the sun made an appearance this afternoon which bodes well for the weekend, hopefully. It's been a full-on Friday so a three day weekend is very welcome.
