Mushroom worms

We have had rain, and good rain at that. 3 rain events over 3 weeks. This is rare for us. We are finding a few mushrooms in the paddocks. We are not familiar with this mushroom so are not game to eat it. Interesting to find little worms/larvae living on the stalk of this one. No idea what they are.
