for the worst parking I've ever seen goes to..... Words just failed me. This vehicle was left in this precarious position for most of the day. I first saw it at around 8.30 am and a friend saw it was still there at around midday. I have purposefully blocked out the reg number but still have the original picture in case the 'powers that be' council or police? need the proof at some stage.
