Brick training

As of Monday I started my 12 week training plan to get me ready fort first Olympic distance triathlon in June.

So in short it means training 6 days a week!

So tonight I joined other mad, no sorry tri club peeps for a brick session. Well what that involved was cycling on the turbo trainer for between 4-6mins and the running 1 or 2 laps around the running track. We did this for an hour, it hurt and I was nearly sick!
