It’s my party and I’ll cry if I want to

Another set back for M. This means him being discharged has been delayed until the end of the week, if all goes to plan. I’m finding it increasingly difficult to trust the going to plan bit. But he did look better today than yesterday and the delay gives more time for healing and perhaps a slightly more comfortable journey home.

It’s my birthday today. Has to be the most non birthday birthday. Beats the lockdown ones for sure. But M is still with us so that’s enough of a gift for me.
