I have an App on my phone which is to encourage you to do ten brisk minutes of walk every day to keep fit. I’ve been trying to do it everyday for a week.
I do long walks some days and other days when I don’t walk. I wanted to do a full week and then a full month. I started walking on my own when my friend can’t walk. I also started to get my husband to walk at weekend too.
