A Day In Reepham

Good timing meant we were back at LV’s while Bex was in residence and the extra day we picked up meant we could spend time conversing and getting to know her better now she has just passed her 21st birthday. This evening I did an LV and cooked a Hello Fresh salmon meal for the girls and as there were 2 small salmon fillets I decided to treat myself to a last English Fish and Chips. Had to drive about 7 miles for a place that was a. Open and b. Seemed decent. As it turned out it was a very good example of how it should be done with fish cooked to order and instead of driving back and letting it all go soggy, I just jumped in the Duke and ate at the table - very civilised. Leaving tomorrow for our 2 days slow return via 2 hotel stays with LV which we are really looking forward to - especially the last night at the Aviator. Unfortunately can’t visit L’s auntie as planned on the way as she has now tested positive for some virus that is apparently going round.
