Magnolia blossoms for May 1

I walked down Xwaaqw'um today specifically to see if the huge magnolia tree was in full bloom yet. Not quite, and the weather hasn't been kind to the blossoms. I took a couple of quick shots anyway. 
It was the 150th anniversary of farming at the Ruckle Heritage Farm today. I've gone to a few of the farm days and always enjoyed them, but I just didn't feel like being around a lot of people. Funny how that goes now. Two years ago, I wouldn't have hesitated. Good chance for photos too, but oh well! 
Got a few things done around the house. About time!
Sunday soup: leftovers from previous frozen Sunday soups. Great to have some on hand.
