Lunch at The Trefeddian

The Trefeddian Hotel is a hotel that time has forgotten. Up on a hill overlooking the sea, it would have been the place to go in Wales in Edwardian Times.
“The hotel has been owned and run by the Cave-Browne-Cave family for over 100 years. It has been regularly refurbished and updated to maintain appeal, resulting in a mish-mash of old-fashioned and modern attitudes and styling. For example, smart-casual-wear is compulsory in the dining room, where the décor is fresh in bold shades of grey and charcoal, with contemporary seascape paintings on the walls. The library, meanwhile, has fun, panelled-effect wallpaper, and dogs are allowed in. The staff are mostly locals who have worked there for a long time.”
They serve delicious food!!
