Isolated reader

I had planned to take a blip of a lonely long distance runner on the seafront - but lonely doesn't exist in Southsea on a Bank Holiday Monday! Instead I sauntered to the Guildhall Square to take a shot of a statue of Charles Dickens, but my attention was caught by these 'literary' steps and the young man on top of the Zone of Avoidance. Thank you 60plus for an interesting challenge.
