World Championship Souvenirs

We went to the training hall this morning and had some really good training. 

Came home to rest for a couple of hours before going for a lovely walk. 

I have been looking at music for some future routines this afternoon and then we went for an evening walk before the boys had their tea. 

My dad came home from hospital to recover from a bleeding ulcer in the comfort of his own home.
