Johnston Gardens

I made my way over to Johnston Gardens this morning. When I opened the door to go out my initial reaction was to call it a day and go back inside. It was not raining but otherwise the weather was cloudy, cold and miserable.

I recovered from the shock and resolved to persevere. It is a few weeks since I was last at the Gardens. I expected to see a bit more colour than there was. However the weather has been so miserable everything is probably a bit behind where it should be based on the calendar.

Or maybe the calendar is wrong and in reality it is still March.
