Vets today with Bardy. Vet not happy, intuition and experience telling her something not right.

She was!

A lump on his intestines restricting the flow. She's taken a biopsy and now
we wait to see the result in a day or so's time.

In the meantime, steroids to reduce the imflamation which will hopefully allow him to eat properly. He ate well when he came round the vet said and he ate well when he got home but he's returned to being picky again. He's crept into his carrier and is asleep in there. I suppose he thinks he's safe there.

Either that or he knows he's going back and he may as well get used to it.

Whatever the reason, it breaks my heart to see him in there, wondering whether the next time I take him in it I will bring him back.

Hopefully they can operate and remove the lump, hopefully it's not C and it hasn't spread, hopefully this, hopefully that.
