Café Royal

Swim #23, very grey and very calm.
Lunch with C and dad at the Café Royal.
Great to spend time with them together and I haven't seen C for ages. He's such a busy young man now.
A walk along the Prom with dad on the way home and now I'm boiling oranges for a gluten free cake for Cake Wednesday. Fingers crossed.
Going to write a letter to my dear friend K in BC and then read my book.
