Fallen Blossom

Enjoyed 9am swim, both Lanes 1 & 2 quiet but not slow so had to get into mode pronto.  I was pleased with my 100m front crawl, maintained an even pace and breathing throughout which felt good. It 's a start!

A.  cooked a hearty breakfast.  In the afternoon we visited four houses and St Edmunds Church  as part of the Roundhay Artists Open Day.  The art work was impressive and inspiring, so were the properties.
 
Despite all this my blip today is one of only two snaps that I took.
