Springtime decorations

My neighbours, I suppose the women of my town, have decorated trees and poles to celebrate the beginning of the good weather and that we are beginning to spend more time outdoors.

Since I am totally incapable of knitting or crocheting, I admire their artwork, their skills, and their choice of these bright colours.
