The morning sky

Going to work these mornings, I go up the western side of the Waitakere Range (away from the Manukau Harbour), before heading down the eastern side and across towards the Waitemata Harbour; which is the other side of New Zealand (Aotearoa). The sky was still striking after I had parked and was walking to the Unit. Giving me my blip for the day.

After getting home, I went for a jog on what is my favourite course; along the pipelines. As an extra I have posted a photo of a stopvalve, made by Gillies Foundry in Oamaru about 100 years ago.
