Apple blossom = Apples

I hope !

Unfortunately  last year this lovely old Bramley in our neighbour’s garden did not give us any apples for the first time since me moved to this house in 1979 .( Most of the tree hangs over our garden) I reckon we had a hard frost just at a vital time for the blossom - the previous year we had a bumper crop - perhaps that didn’t help either and it had a rest year ?

Busy day today in the garden with lovely warm and sunny weather for a change  - amongst other jobs I planted the hydrangea that Mrs AMK got from our oldest grandson on Mother’s Day and the azalea I got for my birthday. A whole bag of ericaceous compost was used .( extra)
