Tired

Late night for me last night, late night for thw youngest who professed to stay up waiting, early start for the husband (5.30!) and the eldestvis simply packing an awful lot in and needs his sleep! We all need an early night tonight (I've failed that a little bit!).

Good day, catching up on a few things, and a good few hours on the dissertation. Never long enough. Took the dog for a run, it's so easy not to get out, but it's so important to get time outside and exercising.

The boys have been great, we were ery for school and swimming! Unheard of!
