Slightly Ruffled

Usually the Chickadees look quite dapper with every feather neatly in place and smoothed down and they get to the buffet earlier rather than later.  That was not true of this little guy who came late to the buffet and looked as though he had washed and dried an outfit that was supposed to be dry cleaned!  Though he looks a bit scruffy, he is my Wild Wednesday blip with thanks to Cailleach for hosting......
