Garden abstract

We've been to the other house again to look after the garden. When the sewer had to be renovated earlier this year part of the lawn in front and at the back had to be destroyed and since then it has hardly rained so any new grass is not really growing. So we've been sowing new grass seeds and covering them with nutrient soil. After which we got the sprinklers on those newly seeded parts. And when that sprinkler hit the living room windows you could get these views of Fumiko's tulips :-)
For Abstract Thursday which is without a theme today.

Please don't forget to tag you entries with AT358 so I can find them all over the weekend.

On May the 5th in the Netherlands we celebrate our freedom, having been officially liberated on May 5, 1945. Yesterday we had our Remembrance Day to honour all those who died during the wars and in peacekeeping operations. It is all so extra poignant while the war against Ukraine by Russia is going on and we have 40.000 Ukranian refugees and more coming in every day ! Freedom is not to be taken for granted and has to be defended and cherished !

Thanks very much for the kind comments and stars for yesterday's dandelion clocks !
