Rock Art

Today’s site visits were to the remains of a tower house (in someone’s) back garden and to some rock art panels - both sites in Perthshire. These hollows known as “cup-marks” date back to the Neolithic or Bronze Age and are found across Scotland. No one really knows what the mean (if anything) but the very act of creating them must have been time consuming and held meaning to the people that made them.
