Soaking Up the Sunshine

We had a cold start to the day. It did warm up to around 20c and we had some lovely sunshine. Then just after 4:30pm the sea fog come rushing in. Never seen it come in so quickly before. Now it is cold and gloomy again.

I went out and did a bit of shopping.. first in a while as I wasn't able to walk very well for a while as both knees have been so sore. Still have the headache. Just wish it would disappear, as I can't considerate on much at the moment.
