Curved

Our health centre has been revamped in recent months and now they are just putting in the finishing touches. There is nice decorative paving outside the main door.  Today there were some new curved seats which looked quite good in the rain. There had been problems with people parking on this new paving when they shouldn't and there were posts on Facebook asking people not to park there. There is plenty of parking at the back of the building. I wonder if these seats were put in as an afterthought to stop the unwanted parking or if they were planned all along.
