Woodpecker

Another day at The Mate's house sorting things out with his family. The undertaker came to visit us so that go things a step nearer.

At tea-time I was called by the people staying at the lodge - a food parcel from Hello Fresh had been left there which wasn't for them! I went to try and sort it out. Thankfully I managed to find a phone number for the person who ordered it. The mail-order system seems to have defaulted to the address they once used when they were on holiday.

5 portions of meat put in my freezer but the fresh veg may not last until I would have wanted to use them. Shame!

I collected The Man and 4 Chinese take-outs and went back to The Mate's. Sat eating, drinking and talking until after midnight.
