Helping paper a ceiling in one of these Georgian flats. Thank goodness for yoga and back bends, but we both agreed, it's time to stop this kind of work and relax into life more.

Also my overalls seemed a little tighter when I was in full broom holding back bend up on the scaffolding plank on the two ladders!
