The frontiersman

Another  resin figure that I bought on ebay. I assemble and paint them. this frontiersman took three weeks to paint, acrylics dry quickly, so I use a wet palate to work the paints as they stay moist longer and allow me to make washes and mix's of colours. I had to make the reins from thin cardboard as there were none in the kit, this worked out well, sometimes you have to improvise parts as some are very brittle and break with annoying ease.
My next one is a ghost rider, lots of detail to be worked out of the molding, I'll need to come up with a paint scheme,  I'll put up here when its finished. starting to run out of space in my cabinet to display them
