Was going to walk the Ettrick Horseshoe today but sadly had to cancel as my friend who was going to come with me was poorly. So, horses in the morning followed by a solo spin around the quieter bits of Glentress it was instead. I was glad as some busy weekends mean I haven't been out on the bike as much as I'd like, and I fell off about a month ago and hadn't been much back on trickier trails since. I got over that today:-)

This vantage point gives one of the clearest views of the winter's storm damage. Horrible.
