Even tackier...

The big red Chester sign outside the Cathedral  (April 26th blip) is even tackier. They've removed the letter T so that visitors can stand between S and E and make their own letter T. I wasn't quick enough to catch the baby on his father's head (extra) but you get the gist... The letters are still unstable. The railings around the Cathedral, however, are quietly adorned with blue and yellow ribbon.
