Snowshill Manor

Another day, another National Trust house in the Cotswolds. This one, Snowshill Manor, is mainly famed for its eclectic collection of "things" from around the world (musical instruments in the first extra) collected by an eccentric owner early in the 20th century. We were more taken by its breath-taking setting (main image) and the beautiful Arts & Crafts gardens (second extra). We watched a volunteer gardener remove every dandelion flower from the lawns to keep them pristine.  Even the working greenhouse had a collection of succulents (third extra).
