Greenfly

My little Olympus camera has started playing up again, so I took it across to Wex in MK and they are sending it off to get an estimate for repair and a clean.

Whilst in Wex I was asked for my postcode, which I gave.  It trips off the tongue so readily, but he said it was invalid, so he must have misheard me.  "What was it again?"  At that point my brain froze and I couldn't remember the first two numbers, although the rest came easily.  Panic, embarrassment.  "Can you check it on my account?"  They could, but boy did I feel an ancient idiot.
