Desire Paths

A wander round part of Kintore while Jen was in a physio appointment this morning. This grassy bit seems to have quite a few desire paths. I only recently learnt there was a name for these things. Where people create the paths they want rather than follow the designated routes this creating new routes where, in this case, the grass naturally becomes shorter through additional wear than by design.
