Thames Path 100

Saturday was the Thames Path 100 - an endurance race from London to Oxford. I was there to support my friend (see extra) who completed his 100 miles in under 20 hours, an amazing 24th place of 350 starters. The pose in the main was because I was looking over the shoulder of the official photographer but it was a great expression considering they'd been running for about 6 hours! (7 hours in the extra)
