Odd Man Out...

...but still standing tall!  I planted two clumps of this new variety of daffodil and in both there is one quite ordinary variety.  Well, they do say contrast is important.  If you look very, very closely you might see the tiniest flying insect landing on the plain one.  Maybe that shows you don't have to be flashy to attract attention.

Our beautiful weather continues but so does a red alert fire warning.  It is very dry and with winds and low humidity expected today it is a dangerous situation.  Just something else to worry about.
