This is Frieda

Frieda is a mushy chocolate sponge cake masquerading as a caterpillar. She is also gluten free and a decent size for a small treat.

She can be found in Asda. I almost never shop in Asda but I know they have a decent gluten free section and I needed a bread roll for my beefburger.

There were also GF Jaffa Cakes and chocolate wafers. I stocked up for my trip next week.
